In the unlikely event that your're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll replace it or give you your money back. It's that simple. For 22 years we've operated with a philosophy that if we offer quality products and treat people the way we would want to be treated, things tend to work.

On personalized products, if we made a mistake in personalizing your product, of course we'll replace it. Otherwise, personalized items are not returnable.
